Seated calve raises
Standing calve raises
lying toe presses
Did shoulders this morning
Shoulder presses
Upright rows super set with side lateral(we wer chasing reps)
and then cable rear delts.
Sorry i am not in a very good mood. Little disapointed today.
Will be better tomorow.

Sorry I missed this post Romp3L. And sorry you had a bad day at the office, But I got to give it to you for getting on the iron. Great way of forgetting the pain work and home life puts you through but not always easy motivate yourself to get past the warm up when your head ain't right.
