WELL IM HERE AS IVE HEARD THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET ADVICE ON HOW TO GIVE MY BODY A RIGHT SORT OUT..
I SERVED 8 YRS IN THE BRITISH ARMY AND ALL I EVER DID WAS CV, NO WEIGHTS NO DIET NO GETTING BIG EVER...I BOXED FOR THE ARMY FOR 2 YRS AND HAVE PLAYED FOR FOOTY ALL MY LIFE SO AS U CAN IMAGINE IM USED TO BURNUNG CALORIES AND STRUGGLE TO MAINTAIN MUSCLE AND BODY WEIGHT,
LAST YEAR I STARTIN "PUSHING" WEIGHTS AND CANT BELIEVE THE RESULTS, I HAVE FOR SURE PUT ON WEIGHT AND MUSCLE, DUE TO INJURIES I CANT PLAY FOOTY OR RUN AS MUCH THESE DAYS (KNEES) SO IM STARTING TO GET QUITE A BIT OF BODY FAT...THE PROBLEM I NEED RESOLVING IS, PEOPLE SAY EAT LOADS AND TRAIN AND YOUR GET RESULTS, BUT I EAT LOADS TRAIN MUSCLE GOES ON TOP HALF BUT THE STOMACH HOWEVER MANY SITUPS I DO STILL HOLDS THE BODY FAT!!!
SO I CUT DOWN ON MY FOOD INTAKE LOSE THE BELLY BUT LOSE THE MUSCLE ON ARMS AND SHOULDERS TOO....ITS LIKE IM ALWAYS CHASING MY TAIL!! IVE BEEN TOLD TO CUT CARBS AFTER 2PM AND THIS WELL HELP WITH A BALANCED DIET OF CARBS PROTEIN AND FRUIT AND VEG!!!
ALSO WHEN I TRAIN I ALWAYS BULK UP AND TRAIN TO MUSCLE FAILURE BUT I DONT GET THE BURMING SENSATION IN THE ACTUAL MUSCLE IM TRAINING, IF IM DOING ARMS THEY BULK UP FOR THE SEESION BUT NEXT DAY THERE GONE AND THEY DONT ACHE OR FEEL TRAINED...
