    WELL IM HERE AS IVE HEARD THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET ADVICE ON HOW TO GIVE MY BODY A RIGHT SORT OUT..

    I SERVED 8 YRS IN THE BRITISH ARMY AND ALL I EVER DID WAS CV, NO WEIGHTS NO DIET NO GETTING BIG EVER...I BOXED FOR THE ARMY FOR 2 YRS AND HAVE PLAYED FOR FOOTY ALL MY LIFE SO AS U CAN IMAGINE IM USED TO BURNUNG CALORIES AND STRUGGLE TO MAINTAIN MUSCLE AND BODY WEIGHT,

    LAST YEAR I STARTIN "PUSHING" WEIGHTS AND CANT BELIEVE THE RESULTS, I HAVE FOR SURE PUT ON WEIGHT AND MUSCLE, DUE TO INJURIES I CANT PLAY FOOTY OR RUN AS MUCH THESE DAYS (KNEES) SO IM STARTING TO GET QUITE A BIT OF BODY FAT...THE PROBLEM I NEED RESOLVING IS, PEOPLE SAY EAT LOADS AND TRAIN AND YOUR GET RESULTS, BUT I EAT LOADS TRAIN MUSCLE GOES ON TOP HALF BUT THE STOMACH HOWEVER MANY SITUPS I DO STILL HOLDS THE BODY FAT!!!

    SO I CUT DOWN ON MY FOOD INTAKE LOSE THE BELLY BUT LOSE THE MUSCLE ON ARMS AND SHOULDERS TOO....ITS LIKE IM ALWAYS CHASING MY TAIL!! IVE BEEN TOLD TO CUT CARBS AFTER 2PM AND THIS WELL HELP WITH A BALANCED DIET OF CARBS PROTEIN AND FRUIT AND VEG!!!

    ALSO WHEN I TRAIN I ALWAYS BULK UP AND TRAIN TO MUSCLE FAILURE BUT I DONT GET THE BURMING SENSATION IN THE ACTUAL MUSCLE IM TRAINING, IF IM DOING ARMS THEY BULK UP FOR THE SEESION BUT NEXT DAY THERE GONE AND THEY DONT ACHE OR FEEL TRAINED...

    WELL THATS ME AND MY ISSUES AND I KNOW IM DOING IT WRONG BUT I DONT HAVE THE ANSWERS, DOES ANYONE HAVE ADVICE TO HELP...

    I have the same problem as you mate and can totally relate to your dilemma. I'm just off to work now but will post a reply telling you how I get around it later tonight.

    I will say you will probably get moaned at but Admin for posting your question's in the intro section. lol

    Your right truly-hench.com is the forum that has as no rubbish policy. ha ha no one yet on here has dished out duff advise to my knowledge.

    Brawn is correct in what he said regarding intro section being just for intros. If you could post any question you have regarding training, diet, cardio etc in the relevant section. It helps others find the info there after in the search box and also helps with google rankings.

    Si, what I would say is start from the beginning. And in my opinion that is determining your body types.

    Once you know where you lye give us a shout and I'll or others will be able to point you in the right direction.
