hi guys ,
after i train i sometimes feel tired slightly , not all the time but it will stay with me for the rest of the day , i know for a fact that im not over training, which leads me to believe its diet obviously . now i like to think that my diet is fine , which for protien it certainly is but what are the best foods to replenish your energy reserves and how much , i will say that my protein shake has L glutimine in which is supposed to help you recover , and would like to keep this natural if i can but would consider taking another suppliment . im also on my bulking cycle but very cautious about a high carb suppliment to aid me , cheers dudes
