So I've been following a 3 times a week cardio program and so far its doing good the fat is coming off slowly but it IS going. ANd I do feel fitter. Should I up it to 4 days a week before it stops working for me or shall I wait until it does and then add more?

healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week after that you really got to be careful that your not burning muscle , so if your still losing weight keep it the same ( do not get burn out )

I can only speak from exsperiance and I always over do it when I'm trying to lose me excess fat. I lose alot of muscle too and this is half the reason I've never really felt happy with the finished result.

Ok guys thanks for the advise I shall keep things as they are. I'm not really cutting after a bulk more like cutting after years of neglect.
