OMG I'm rubbish!! I've had a cold since Tuesday and went to a funeral on Wednesday so was unable to train Wednesday Rolling Eyes Mad

So I went in tonight totally stoked up only to be let down by the lack of strength. So the cold hasn't let the system 100% yet Crying or Very sad But I did my best. I mixed it up a bit to make it different because I knew I wouldn't better my last chest and triceps work out weight wise. I did dumbbell flys instead of weighted dips and a drop set on the incline bench press.

    Bench Press
    8x82.5kg
    5x82.5kg

    Incline Bench Press
    8x62.5kg
    10x50kg

    Dumbell Flys
    12x15kg
    12x15kg

    Scull Crushers
    10x35kg
    10x35kg

    Tricep Push Downs
    12x27.5
    12x27.5

    Tricep Push Downs (close grip)
    20x27.5

I just want to add I know the kg's look very light especially on the tri push downs but remember I train at home on a home gym pulley system. It works perfectly and is very smooth but there is only one wheel on the pulley unlike the 3 some times 4 on the gym ones so there is more weight being lifted as opposed to gym systems where they pulleys lighten the load. (don't ask me how I was taught in science at school but cant remember all the facts.lol)

I had my Mondays back and bicep work out on Tuesday but it was more of a maintenance workout rather than a building workout because I was in a hotel/health spa with my Mrs as it was her 30th Tuesday so I booked us the night away.

I do feel rubbish at the moment though. I've been piling on the lbs and not necessarily the solid variety if you know what I mean. Embarassed Crying or Very sad

I'm going to do a mini cut I think. Just ease of a little and do a little cardio to shift a bit of belly. For no other reason than to make me feel a little better. I know I'm a wimp.
