Ok guys. U dont seem to get calves. Listen guy.
train your calves seperatly(or with stomach days or shoulder days) and train them first.
Ur diet is the big deal then the training.
Split your calve training into heavy ,then reps and then combination.
You can put in incline treadmill walking with weights after the workouts.
Put in 2-3 workouts in a week
Rep training would be= standing calf raises;20 reps slow then immediately 100reps fast.
Heavy would be 12 reps heavy weights with some1 fighting u on the negatives on seated calves.
And combination would be single legged calve raises with heavy weights and then normal standing calve raises of 100 reps without weights.
Leg press machine doing toe presses ,4 drop sets.
Start off on 200 kg ,then to 160,then to 120 and then 80. 12reps each.
This kind of training even made my calves vascular in a matter of weeks.
If this doesnt give u calve size ,nothing will.

And eat protein FOODS more than u drink PROTEIN shakes.FYI.
