m working 2nd now and its 4:00 to 2:30 and mite go to 12's and its hard to train tues wens and thurs so iv tred turning it all around and lifting fri sat sun and mon...
im used to mon to fri... so see what ya think... and the only days i can run slin are fri sat and sun... so any ideas let me know... this is what i was thinking...
fri chest tris
sat back bi's
sun shoulders calfs hams
mon quads
and switch up calfs and hams with quads every week so my quads will get hit with the slin cause im running igf-1 but i can control that alot better than slin and going to work mon night... [i]
